STEP TO ONLINE FORM FILL-UP

1. Admission form has two parts.

2. First part will takes basic details of applicant.

3. Second part will ask applicant to upload Passport photo, Marksheet image and Admit card image.

4. Passport photo, Marksheet image and Admit card image must be less than 1 MB.

5. Uploading of Passport photo, Marksheet image and Admit card image will take time. Please do not refresh or click back button.

6. After submission of form successfully, applicant can take print-out of online admission form submitted.
